Do I receive the same conditions when ordering via the website as with the traditional ordering method?
Yes, absolutely. By logging in, your personal conditions are automatically applied to each item.
What is the delivery time for my order?
If the items are in stock, we will ship your order within 10 business days. If certain items are not in stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. We will keep you updated on the status of your order as well as the processing and shipping date.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
The delivery address is linked to your personal account as provided during registration. If you wish to change this address, please inform us of the new address via the contact page.
Do I have to pay shipping costs? If so, how much?
The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart, in the left-hand column of the screen. For orders with a total amount of less than €25 excl. VAT, shipping costs of €7 excl. VAT will be charged. For orders exceeding €25 excl. VAT, delivery is free to one address within the Benelux.
Can I pay in cash upon collection?
Of course, you may also collect your items from our warehouse in Aalst and pay in cash. Please contact us by phone in advance to schedule an appointment so we can prepare your order for pickup.
What payment methods are available?
Registered business customers may purchase on invoice. Payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Orders are shipped subject to a positive credit check. If the credit check is negative, we will request 100% advance payment. You may also choose to pay online immediately.
Are there any costs associated with returning my order?
In the case of a warranty claim or if the information on the website does not match the delivered item, return shipping costs will be refunded. For all other returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Can I have an item repaired?
Please return the item to us (shipping costs are borne by the buyer). After repair, the item will be returned to you free of shipping charges. Except for repairs under warranty or repairs that are carried out free of charge, repair costs will be charged. You may also contact an authorized Samsonite service center in your area.
Can I order items that are not listed on the website?
