Return conditions

Any item ordered may be returned or exchanged for another item within 14 calendar days at any of the Arijs stores. You may contact us to arrange the return. Your decision to return the product must be sent with a clear explanation via email to info@samdam.be. If it is a warranty case or if the information on the website does not match the delivered item, we will reimburse shipping costs. For any other return, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The item must be sent in its original packaging and unused condition, in a sealed box.

For ecological reasons, we recommend to use the original shipping box.

In case of damage to the goods, the customer is responsible for the depreciation.

Not every return will be accepted. Arijs reserves the right to refuse any returns due to worn, soiled or damaged items.

After processing the return, the customer will be refunded by the seller in the same manner as the customer made the payment.
